These emulsions are manufactured in a State-of-the-Art BIS certified Plant in West Bengal and is duly approved by relevant bodies in the road construction sector. Prithvee Emulsions are available in various grades and are manufactured as per IS 8887:2017 (Bitumen Emulsion for Roads – Cationic Type) and ASTM D 2397. These grades are specially designed water based emulsion with low, medium and high viscosity with fast and slow setting characteristics and is free flowing liquid at ambient temperature.

RS-1: This is a rapid setting emulsion designed to react quickly with aggregate and revert from the emulsion to the asphalt. This emulsion is primarily used for spray applications (Tack Coat).

CSS-1: This is a slow setting emulsion and is used as spray application (Prime Coat & Fog Seal).

MS: This is a medium setting emulsion designed for mixing with graded aggregate. Formulated not to break immediately upon contact with aggregate and will remain workable for a stipulated time depending upon the formulation. Recommended for Premix Carpeting

Cold Asphalt: This is a single grade binder specially designed and tailored as per IRC SP: 100-2014 for both Premix Carpeting and Seal Coat application. (Used both manually & through HMP) 

Pothole Repair: This is an instant asphalt pothole repair compound kit available in ready to use 25 Kg HDPE bags. This is a fast, hassle free and cost efficient way of repairing potholes.

BITUMEN: It is especially used to construct extra heavy duty Bitumen pavements that need to support significant traffic loads.
